Overall it was tastefully decorated with balcony. The location was incredible and amazing, walking distance to all interests. The place was a walking distance from Thai Orchid, where you can have dinner.

The location was comfortable because it was adjacent to Close to the centre for evening meals and the Cathedral, shops, pubs, and restaurants.

The breakfast with nuts and toast, as for instance was delicious and excellent. This accommodation had a central setting close to the city center.

Had great location close to the town center, right next to Congregational Church. And we were close to fantastic breakfast with lots of choice, many historic places, and centre.

We got a room with a bath. Coffee and fruit were a nice touch. The location was central, brilliant close to the town center.

The room was bigger than expected with added cozy touches like dressing gowns, fresh milk, and water in the fridge. There were also little chocolates and toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast was amazing with a big fruit platter, cereals, and a delicious cooked breakfast. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Ideal and excellent hotel in an unbeatable position close to the town center. A nice size room, comfortable bed and pillows. A good choice of food for the English breakfast. Location near to the River Avon, and many historic places in southwestern U.K.

Very humid room.

Stayed here for 4 nights and Ken & Jaquilen were fantastic hosts. Very friendly without being intrusive and nothing was too much trouble. The executive room is extremely well appointed with no expense spared and every detail has been well thought through.

Everything you need for a comfy stay: fluffy bathrobes, mini fridge, and yummy mini eggs. Super comfy bed and luxurious sheets and pillows. Lovely hosts, modern and clean accommodation. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice. Convenient street parking. Close to town for a great pub crawl. Would definitely stay again.

One room had a slightly smaller size and external bathroom, making it warm and less luxurious. However, this wouldn't deter me from staying again.
